Process Time For Orders

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

We currently ship only within the United States.  We use standard shipping via USPS, UPS, or other reliable carriers. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination but typically range from 3–7 business days.  Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control (weather, holidays, etc.).

Make sure to review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Our system automatically uses the address entered by the customer to generate shipping labels.  If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or an issue encountered by the shipping carrier, a $10 redelivery fee will be charged to cover the cost of a new shipping label.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders (if applicable).

If you’re local to Suffolk, Virginia and would prefer to pick up your items instead of having them shipped, we’re happy to offer free local pickup!

Simply use the coupon code LOCAL at checkout to waive your shipping cost.

Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you via email to arrange a convenient pickup time and location.

Please double-check your cart before checking out, as we’re unable to add items to an order once it has been completed.  If you forgot something, simply place a second order. If we are able to combine both orders into one shipment, we’ll happily refund $5.00 of your shipping cost from the shipping cost of your second order.

Need to cancel? Please email us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Occasionally, boxes are mishandled in transit and products may arrive damaged. If that happens, please email us at [email protected] within 2 days of delivery, including:  a clear photo of the damaged product and packaging as well as our order number and your full name.  You’ll be offered a replacement of the damaged item, or a 25% off coupon toward your next order if you’d prefer to keep the product.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package then wait 7 business days to allow time for the package to turn up.  During that time, please check with neighbors or household members, and visit your local post office with your tracking number.  If the shipment is still missing after 7 business days, we’ll step in to help.

Residents of Virginia will be charged taxes based on the local sales tax rate on their orders.
